Benefits of Bathing Everyday for Our Health
WhenTalking| For some people who live in tropical countries, bathing has become an obligation that must be done every day. But for people who live in countries that have 4 seasons, bathing is an activity which is very annoying, because cold weather makes us lazy to bathe.
But, did you know that bathing has many benefits to our health. From giving freshness until make our heart healthy. I think after know the benefits of bathing, you will not leave this activity. Separate study in Japan showed 10 minutes of soaking in warm water can improve heart health of both men and women, helping them lead better exercise test and reduce pain.
There are the benefits of bathing :
1. Bathing can help diabetic person. Try to soak in a tub of warm water for a half-hour, it can reduce blood sugar levels about 13%.
2. Soak in warm water for 10 minutes can improve our heart health in women and men.
3. For eczema patients, who suffered skin diseases, rashes can soak into tub with baking soda. Put baking soda on your water as an antiseptic.
4. Add warm water and give 3 or 4 of cider vinegar. Soak for 15-20 minutes. It good to remove your body toxin.
5. Insomnia can cure by using cold water. Soak your feet in cold water.
6. Flu and Headache. To cure the flu and headaches can be done by soaking feet in warm water. Put warm water in the tub to cover the foot and ankle, add a few drops of oils such as lavender, peppermint or lemon. When finished rinse with cold water. Do it for 10-20 minutes.
7. Circulation. If you have circulation problems then try to start soaking the feet for one or two minutes in warm water, then 30 minutes in cold water. Try to do for 15 minutes then solved with cold water.
